Congress Vice-President, Rahul Gandhi, addressed a large number of people during his second campaign rally for Rajasthan assembly election. Speaking to a huge rally that had gathered the venue, the young Gandhi family scion revealed his plans for the Indians.
He started his speech by welcoming all, especially, those standing on
the terraces. Expressing his desire to sacrifice his dreams for his
countrymen, Rahul stressed on the intentions of the Congress party to
fulfill the dreams of the poor. Gandhi talked about the Food Security
Bill and the Land Bill passed by the Congress to empower the weaker
sections of the society.
Rahul said, ‘‘Congress wants the poor to live their dreams. The party
works for the aam aadmi not for a select few. India can move forward
only if the poor can realize their dreams.’’
