leader Naresh Agarwal has taken the Tarun Tejpal case as an example to
conclude that this will lead to companies not hiring women for fear of
them levelling sexual abuse charges against men. There has been
widespread condemnation of this statement, but the fact remains that
many men feel uncomfortable while hiring women in the present scenario.
This fact was highlighted only recently by additional solicitor general Indira Jaising, in a speech given during a UN function.
