Sheila Dixit’s former bungalow likely to be Manmohan’s post-retirement residence

For all those speculating about Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s post retirement residence, here is a news report published in The Hindu stating that former chief minister of Delhi Shiela Dixit’s official bungalow at 3 Motilal Nehru Place will be allocated to him after he retires.

 

The report further states that Gursharan Kaur, wife of Manmohan Singh visited the bungalow situated in Lutyen’s Delhi, which is sited in proximity to 5 Janpath on Sunday and had a detailed look.

 

However, final decision in this regard will be taken only after some days, as per officials in the Prime Minister Office (PMO).

 

The sources say that for the reason, bungalow was already in use as Shiela Dixit lived there till recently, it’s in good condition and hence, fits PM’s all requirements fairly well.
