Bookies seem to make the most of every event which encourages people to react and talk. Bookies put their money where there is a chance to get good returns. If bookies offer high rate it means the possibility of that event actually happening is very slim. But, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has lost the race for Prime Minister Post, if bookies circles are to be believed.
So much is the disappointment that leading bookies in Rajkot, Indore and Ahmedabad have stopped offering bets on Rahul Gandhi
as the next prime minister of India. This suggests that the possibility
of Rahul becoming prime minister no longer cut ice with people.
