Railways Minister Sadanand Gowda presented the budget in Parliament
on Tuesday but no special announcement was made regarding Dedicated
Freight Corridor.
Railways are neither being able to fulfill the needs of freight
transport nor could it decrease the rush of trains on the network and
start passenger trains.
