The accused is said to be victim’s friend who lured the girl to
come along with him to celebrate the Valentine’s Day. According to the
victim she was leaving for school on Friday when she ran into the
accused. He stopped her and talked her into accompanying him to a party
at his friend's place to celebrate Valentine's Day and her own birthday.
The accused took her to a flat and forcefully raped her and
threatened her not to reveal the incident to anyone. He raped her for
hours until her condition started deteriorating and blood started coming
out from her private parts. He then told his friend to take her to
hospital and fled.
