3 CRPF Jawans Dead, 17 Missing In Encounter With Maoists In Chhattisgarh

In a fierce Maoist attack, five jawans of 80th CRPF batallion have been died while several state police personnel have received bullet injuries in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district on Tuesday.

 

According to police sources, five bodies of jawans have been found while 17 personnel have gone missing.

 

Over 150 Maoists reportedly attacked a joint team of 50 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the state police jawans around 10:30 this morning.
